Thank you for choosing our subscription program! Below are the details and terms of our subscription service to ensure transparency and clarity. By purchasing the subscription, you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the subscription.

• Your card information is encrypted and not visible to store owners or staff. It is stored securely and used only for future subscription payments.

Subscription Conditions

• By accepting the free trial, you understand that immediate cancellation of your subscription before the item is shipped will result in us canceling the order and not shipping the item.

• Once a payment is made for the first paid month, your item will be immediately dispatched for delivery.

• Subscription Commitment:
• Upon entering the subscription program, you agree to purchase at least one additional month at a discounted rate before being eligible to cancel. more info below:
• By signing up for a Vreethe subscription, customers agree to a minimum commitment of two billing cycles. Cancellation requests can only be submitted after the second successful charge. This policy ensures consistency in inventory planning and supports the continued delivery of high-quality products. Cancel anytime after your 2nd delivery!

Cancellation Policy

• When eligible to cancel, you must email us at vreethecustomerservice@outlook.com to confirm your cancellation.

• Refunds cannot be provided on subscription purchases.

• Once the subscription charge has been processed for a given month, the order is immediately prepared for shipping and cannot be refunded.

Subscription Returns

• We can only accept returns if the item is brand new and sealed in its original condition.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please state your name, order number, and shipping address.

  • Confirm your reason for return and submit an image of the item.

• When an item is returned, your subscription remains active unless explicitly requested for cancellation.

• Refunds will only be provided for the current billing period; all previous billing periods cannot be refunded.
